Payment Options

We offer several payment options for you to make the booking process more convenient. Here are some of our payment details that we offer.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

• A minimum booking fees of 50% is required to confirm the booking and is NONREFUNDABLE
• Prices are not fixed until a booking deposit is placed
• Bali imposes High Season Surcharges (HSS) for CERTAIN hotels/villas for the period of 1st July- 31st August & ALL hotel/villas for the period of 1st December- 5 th January
• A booking invoice will be issued once booking fees is received
• All outstanding payments should be settled latest 3 days before departure to Bali

CANCELATION & AMMENDMENTS

• Cancellation or failure to show up will result in booking fee/deposit AND/OR full payment to be forfeited as we have a non-refundable policy with our hotels and restaurants to ensure we receive the best rates possible
• ALL information stated in the itinerary at time of writing are precise and Bali Euphoria are not reliable for any factual error which might/might not have been affected by current event and time
• ALL restaurants/tour attraction places are only tentative and there might be changes in case of closure, unsuitable weather and any other reasons which might not make it possible for the clients to partake said activity or meal
• Any amendment(s) to the initial itinerary MIGHT result in additional charges and is subjected to the approval of Bali Euphoria Ventures
• Bali Euphoria has ALL THE AUTHORITY to refund client’s payment if the said hotel/tour spot is fully booked, closed, imposes HSS “high season surcharge” or under renovation without being liable for any negligence or law suit. In such cases tour will still be able to proceed IF client(s) and Bali Euphoria come to an agreement on the exchange/ compensation/ extra payment which lies solely to the discretion of Bali Euphoria
• Bali Euphoria will strictly not entertain any refund from clients during the trip, who choose not to partake in any of the tour/meals/activities due to any reasons unless said place is CLOSED/FULLY BOOKED
